General Terms and Conditions for Racket Rentals 1. General Racket rentals are intended for short-term use of sports equipment for recreational or testing purposes. By renting the equipment, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. 2. Equipment Pickup Upon pickup, the user must inspect the condition of the racket and confirm that the equipment is free of visible damage. Subsequent claims regarding the condition of the equipment will not be considered. 3. Proper Use The user agrees to use the racket with care and in accordance with its intended purpose. The user shall not subject the equipment to intentional or inappropriate use. 4. Liability for Damage In the event of damage, breakage, or destruction of the rented racket, the user is obliged to pay the full replacement value of a new racket (100% of the purchase price), regardless of the extent of the damage or the age of the equipment. 5. Loss of Equipment In the event of loss or theft of the racket, the user is likewise responsible for paying the full replacement value of a new racket. 6. Returns and Late Fees The racket must be returned within the agreed timeframe. In the event of a late return, the user will be charged for each additional day according to the current daily rental price list. The provider reserves the right to charge additional administrative costs in the event of extended delays. 7. Final Provisions The provider reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. Amended terms become effective upon publication.
