We want you to be completely satisfied with RacketRent. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your subscription.
14-Day Free Trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin. You will never be charged during the trial period. If you choose not to subscribe after the trial ends, your account simply deactivates — no action needed and no charge.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. If you cancel within 7 days of being charged for a new billing period and have not actively used the platform during that period (no new rentals processed), you are entitled to a full refund of that charge. Cancellations made after 7 days or after platform use has occurred are not eligible for a refund, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. If you cancel within 14 days of purchase and have not actively used the platform, you are entitled to a full refund. After 14 days, we offer a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your annual term, minus a small processing fee of €10. Refunds are not available for annual plans after 6 months of use.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@rentracket.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Non-Refundable Items
Add-on purchases, one-time setup fees, and any charges related to payment processing are non-refundable. Subscription fees for periods that have already been used are also non-refundable.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
